Linguit is a Speech & Language Technology (SLT) company that strives to simplify information access and analysis. Our mission is to make it as easy for you to find information as asking a friend. We do this by leveraging our unique and proprietary natural language platform.

Linguit corporate wiki-search software delivers the benefit of knowledge management to the corporate wiki-user. The engine uses NLP technology to analyse queries and is capable of targeting specific passages (paragraphs, figures, tables) of a page and thus seeks out knowledge from an otherwise "data grave", as opposed to a standard wiki search.

Linguit NLP search software for e-marketplaces allows Website query and navigation using ordinary language instead of the standard web form or directory browsing providing increased customer retention, conversion rate and sales revenue.

Linguit text mining solution delivers target expressions identification capability including people or organization names, locations, dates and monetary value. Additionally, it is designed to disambiguate locations to geographic coordinates for subsequent uses in GIS software, such as car navigation systems and social maps, and for intelligence analyses.

Linguit members have gathered academic experience at the Universities of Edinburgh, Paris, Erlangen-Nuremberg, Prague, Stockholm, Washington, and Cambridge in Speech, NLP, IE/Q&A, KM, Internet standards/technologies, AI/reasoning and machine learning.

We have financed this long-term development process using a bootstrapping approach, including consulting and value added data sales, and are presently looking for funding and strategic partnership to take the products to market and scale up.
